{"id":1675,"date":"2025-01-20T13:36:42","date_gmt":"2025-01-20T19:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/imagenytendencias.com\/?p=1675"},"modified":"2025-01-20T13:36:43","modified_gmt":"2025-01-20T19:36:43","slug":"la-fgje-cumple-orden-de-aprehension-por-el-delito-de-lesiones-a-un-menor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/imagenytendencias.com\/?p=1675","title":{"rendered":"LA FGJE CUMPLE ORDEN DE APREHENSI\u00d3N     POR EL DELITO DE LESIONES A UN MENOR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (FGJE) aprehendi\u00f3 a Oswaldo N. por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de lesiones en agravio de un menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">En el a\u00f1o 2018, la FGJE tuvo conocimiento de que el detenido se vio probablemente involucrado en el delito antes se\u00f1alado, motivo por el cual se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">Despu\u00e9s de realizar las indagatorias pertinentes y de la adecuada integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por parte del Ministerio P\u00fablico, se obtuvieron los datos necesarios para que un Juez de Control emitiera la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">De esta manera, elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n llevaron a cabo la detenci\u00f3n legal de Oswaldo N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado reitera su compromiso de garantizar el acceso a la justicia, proteger los derechos de las v\u00edctimas y continuar trabajando en la procuraci\u00f3n de la seguridad jur\u00eddica en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (FGJE) aprehendi\u00f3 a Oswaldo N. por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de lesiones en agravio de un menor de edad.
